Netfocus IT Solutions was founded in 2005, providing IT Networking Support to a growing list of business clientele. Since then, we have emerged at the forefront of IT support on the Mornington Peninsula and beyond.
Through our strong affiliation with the Apple Brand, and a fully qualified team of technicians and staff, business owners Jason & Elizabeth have created a team dedicated to providing comprehensive, innovative and trusted IT support for ALL customers.
As we enter our second decade in business, Netfocus IT will continue to nurture innovation, explore greater opportunities through HQ and present an all-encompassing service offering to our clientele.
Netfocus IT HQ
In November 2015 our newest retail division Netfocus IT HQ opened it’s doors, marking an exciting addition to the Netfocus brand and our potential service offering.
Netfocus IT HQ is conveniently located on Nepean Highway in the heart of Frankston’s Business district.
We remain sole Authorised Apple Service Providers (since 2008) and Authorised Apple Resellers (Since 2014) for the district.
We are proud to offer Apple users on the Peninsula an extensive range of Apple Warranty and Non-Warranty services closer to home, including our showroom featuring Apples newest iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones and accessories.
We are passionate about integrated networks, Apple products, and the ever-changing world of technology and smart devices.

Netfocus IT Training
Given our endeavour to empower and educate our clientele, Netfocus IT Training was developed as an addition to the HQ service offering.
Led by our in-store Apple Trainer Stuart Bush, Netfocus IT Training workshops, presentations, 1-to-1 or group sessions allow Apple Users to gain a greater understanding of their products, improved workflow methods and an insight into the creative opportunities that can be maximised with modern technology.
Group and 1-to-1 sessions can be customised based on user experience and requirements. Meet in-store and enjoy the showroom atmosphere whilst you learn. Of course, you may prefer to host a workplace training event for your staff.
